MOBILE FITNESS

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

THE PREMIERE OPTION. 1-ON-1 PRIVATE SESSIONS ARE TAILORED TO THE EVOLVING NEEDS OF EACH CLIENT AND PROVIDE THE MOST EFFECTIVE PLATFORM TO MAXIMIZE RESULTS.

THE PROGRAM INVOLVES 2-4 60 MINUTE SESSIONS PER WEEK. RATES ARE COMPETITIVE AND SESSIONS ARE SOLD IN PACKAGES.


SINGLE SESSIONS

AN OPTION FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CONSISTENT TRAINING EXPERIENCE AND ARE LOOKING FOR SPECIFIC TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION, OR PROGRAM CRITIQUE AND DEVELOPMENT. THIS SERVICE IS OFFERED IN-HOUSE OR OFF-SITE (DEPENDENT ON LOCATION).

TWO SESSION FORMATS ARE OFFERED: 90 MINUTE (TECHNIQUE INSTRUCTION) AND 120 MINUTE (PROGRAM CRITIQUE AND DEVELOPMENT).


YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING

SMALL-SCALE GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM FOR 12-19 YEAR-OLDS. THE FOCUS IS ON TEACHING THE OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING MOVEMENTS (THE SNATCH, AND THE CLEAN & JERK) FOR FITNESS AND/OR SPORT-PERFORMANCE. A VARIETY OF ASSISTANCE EXERCISES AND STRETCHING ARE INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM TO ENABLE OR ENHANCE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRIMARY LIFTS.

PARTICIPATION IS SELECTIVE AND LIMITED. SESSIONS ARE 60 MINUTES IN DURATION, AND HELD 1-3 TIMES PER WEEK ON A SEMI-SET SCHEDULE. MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. TWO PACKAGES ARE OFFERED AND THE COST RANGES FROM $20.00-$25.00 PER SESSION.
